Kelley - President with 33 years combined experience in FAA certification of interior products, and the operation of FAA repair
stations, engineering / design / manufacturing / sales of Galley and Seat components.
Gale holds a degree in metallurgy and structure design along with a number airline design approvals.
Walter
H. Biskay _ VP engineering, is a familiar name in the aircraft industry with more than 47 years hands on experience in the
design - engineering - manufacturing and certification of aircraft galleys, coffee makers, ovens, carts, on-board folding
wheelchairs, latches, water fill systems, faucets and over 20 FAA-STC-TSO's to name a few.
Along with the products mentioned above, Walter also has completed STC-TSO's
for chillers, seats for all models of Boeing aircraft.

the early years he was appointed by the US Congress / DOT to develop a on-board folding wheelchair to facilitate access to
the lavatories aboard commercial aircraft well in-flight and the final certification was completed at Boeing. the ADA law
went in to affect 1990 and all US major were equipment with the Biskay / Boeing chairs.
